If you would have told me a year ago that I would be the proud owner of a Go Fish store in downtown Perry, Georgia I would have laughed. "Praise the Lord we are here and loving it!" My husband, Kevin and I have shopped at Go Fish for years, one Christmas while visiting the Amelia Island store; we bought our entire family Christmas. It was then that Kevin asked me if I would be interested in opening my own store. We prayed for direction for about a year and asked for God’s guidance. I had worked in the medical field for 21 years and had no idea about how to run a small business. God opened the doors and blessed us with friends, Curt and Barbara Coleman. Man what great Christians!
The Colemans have been here for us from day one. It's wonderful to have opportunities to minister to others who visit my store and to start each day with prayer.
Kevin and I have two teenage girls, Courtney 17 and Morgan 15. It has been a blessing to have our children work with other Christians and to see first hand what an awesome God we serve.
Someone once told me that "you can't sell what you don’t believe in." We believe in God and he has been so good to us.
